Current time for orders is 2-4 weeks. This does not include weekends, holidays or shipping. This is just an estimate and may vary depending on the volume of current orders as well as the details of what we are working on. 

We offer a rush fee which guarantees your order within 10 days. If you need your order by a specific date please send us a message via email.

Shipping 

All items are shipped via USPS priority mail or UPS. The estimated shipping time is an average of 1-3 days once it’s dropped off at the post office. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has been shipped.  LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE WITH DISCOUNT.

Returns/Refunds 

There are no returns or refunds. Each tumbler is made specifically as you have ordered. If you receive a damaged/defective item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving. 

Cancellations/Changes 

Once your order has been started there are no cancellations or refunds. If you need to change your order please contact us immediately. If the tumbler has not been started we do our best to honor your change, but cannot guarantee it.

Care Instructions 

Each tumbler comes with a care card.

Handle with care 

Hand wash only/Do not put in dishwasher

Do not soak

Do not microwave or freeze

No harsh/abrasive cleaners

Do not leave in a hot car/outside for extended periods of time

If dropped, the tumbler may crack.
